美国达人（America's Got Talent）（港译全美一叮）是美国NBC的真人秀节目，选手来自各行各业，不限年龄，角逐100万美元的奖金。该节目于2006年6月暑期时段内首次播出。

节目的构思可追溯至英国的"Talent Contest"。"Talent Contest"是一个于1949年首播的电台节目，至1956年成为电视节目。节目因能够提供业余并有才之士演出机会，以及由公众决定胜出者而闻名。

美国达人的选手表演目标就是“演不惊人死不休”，由于内容无限制，因此动作表演、舞蹈、杂耍、单口相声、魔术、口技以及更多的，无法归类的神奇表演纷纷登场。当然也有正统的歌手表演，不过在达人秀里，激情比稳定发挥更重要。

全美一叮于2007年6月22日于英国ITV2频道，2007年7月9日于新西兰Prime Television频道，及于2007年8月25日于香港无线电视明珠台播出。NBC指出第三季的全美一叮将会以新形式出现。由2009年5月23日起的星期六，明珠台将于晚上8:30分播出全美一叮第三季。而最新一辑的全美一叮(第四季)将于2009年6月29日在美国NBC频道播映。
